My makeup loves #2
The makeup options are endless and it can often be hit or miss picking a product off the shelf or clicking add to cart.
I’ve bought many a wrong shade of everything in my time, so when I find some good things, I latch on and of course have to share.
It has been a while since my first makeup loves post which you can check out here, so it’s time for a second specially curated list of makeup I am loving right now and highly recommend.
Remember, I only recommend things I actually use and think you’ll love too.
The colour is called Wande Musk and it’s the most subtle pink, glides on and blends so well. I use my ring finger to blend it in. For a mum who has little time for any fancy makeup, this is my go-to cream highlighter.
Mecca banana powder
Pigmentation is my number one skincare concern. I have dark circles (hereditary) and a few spots on my cheeks. Banana powder is perfect for covering this up. It also sits really nicely on top of foundation and concealer without making it look cakey, dry or settling into the creases.
I have been using this banana powder for years.
Model Co metallic eyeshadow trio in Mykonos
You can make these eyeshadows as pigmented as you want. Just one sweep across the eyelid for something subtle or layer it on for some wow factor. The colours are so on trend for Winter.
FYI I used the eyeshadow colour at the front before taking this pic so that’s why it looks a little different to the other ones - oops!!
As soon as I put this on I was sold. The colour is like a rose pink and you can use a little for a splash of colour or build it up for something that’ll pop. It’s also hydrating and creamy.
